  • Can I upgrade my plan or features later?

    You can purchase new or expanded features, or upgrade to a new plan. To do so simply Purchase the new plan and then log into your Paypal account and discontinue the plan you arnt using.

    Make sure to purchase the new plan before closing the old plan or we will think you are cancelling your service.

    There is no set up fee for upgrading.

  • How can I change my account or billing information?

    If you need to update your account or billing information please login into your Paypal account and select profile make your changes and save it. If you need assistance contact us through the contact form.

  • What happens if I go over the bandwidth limit for my account?

    If you exceed the bandwidth limit for your account you will be notified by email and at that time will have the option to upgrade your plan or purchase more bandwidth at $3 for 10 gigabyte per month.

  • What is the cost for additional features?

    You can add additional features to the plan that you signed up for. Below are the rates for some commonly added features.

    Disk space - $2 per 250 MB per month.
    Bandwidth - $2 per 10 GB per month

  • How do I cancel my Account?

    You can cancel your account at any time by contacting the sales department. To contact the sales department just use the Contact us form and request that your account be terminated. There are no cancellation fees, and no notice is required. Any fees paid to that point are non-refundable. Please see our Acceptable Use Policy for further information. Cancellation's are processed with 48 hours of given notice.
